Cancellation Policy

Class Policies To keep our training space clear, consistent, and professional, please note the following: Registration: Tuition must be paid in full to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may request a one-time class transfer or apply your credit toward a future session (with at least 24 hours’ notice). No-Shows: Missed classes without prior notice cannot be rescheduled or credited. Tardiness: Please arrive/log in on time. Late arrivals disrupt the flow of class and may forfeit their scene work for the day. Recording: Classes may be recorded for educational purposes. By enrolling, you consent to being recorded. Clips may be shared privately with you for review. Respect & Conduct: This is a safe, supportive space for exploration. Professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for your fellow actors are required at all times. Make-Ups: Because this is an ongoing class, consistent attendance is encouraged. Make-ups are not guaranteed but may be offered at the coach’s discretion.
